Logo win vs. Logo fail

This logo works because it is easy to read, it's easy to understand, the image of the rabbit ties in with the word "majik" (e.g. pulling a rabbit out of a hat). My favorite thing about this logo is the utilization of the letters "j" and "i" to make the rabbit image.
I  love how the cursor pointing at the dot forms the sillouette of a girl. It is such a clever way to visually connect "web" (i.e. the cursor) with "girls."

Similar to the admajik logo, Killed Productions is utilizing the letters in the word to illustrate the word. The letter "i" turned on its side looks like a dead body.

This logo is for a restaurant. I like how well the name of the restaurant is incorporated into the chandelier. I have not seen this restaurant, but the image of the chandelier and the modern typeface make me think this is an upscale restaurant, but not a stuffy one.

I love how the swan becomes a treble clef in this logo. The curved, thin lines and elegant typeface work well together.

This is such a FAIL. This logo is confusing, haphazard and clunky. So very bad.
